Feed a Crafting Table 2 Cobblestones and 2 Sticks and a Stone Hoe comes back. Place them as two Cobblestones side by side in the top row and two Sticks stacked in the middle column. Done once, that is 1 Stone Hoe. One lasts 131 uses.
Stone Hoe Item ID and Give Command
The item ID for Stone Hoe is minecraft:stone_hoe. In commands the namespace may be left off, so stone_hoe works too. Checked against Minecraft Java 26.2.

Cheats have to be on for Stone Hoe to appear this way, and the same command works on Bedrock Edition, where the name is written the same.
Repairing Stone Hoe
Stone Hoe lasts 131 uses, and it does not have to be thrown away when it runs low: an anvil and some Cobblestone put it back, and every enchantment on it stays.
There is a cheaper way, and a catch. A grindstone merges two worn Stone Hoe items without costing levels, but it removes every enchantment while it does so.
Mending can go on Stone Hoe, and that is the only repair that costs nothing at all: the experience you pick up flows into the item instead of into your own level, so it never sees an anvil again.

The Stone Hoe has 131 durability and tills slightly faster than a wooden hoe. Stone Hoe uses a shaped recipe: the ingredients only work in the pattern shown.
The stone hoe was already in the game in Minecraft Beta 1.0, the oldest release with an English language file to read, so this recipe is at least that old. The recipe itself last changed in Minecraft 1.16. Guides written before that release show a different set of ingredients for the stone hoe, so check the grid above rather than the video.
The materials come together from a few sources: you will be working with cobblestone (mine stone) and stick (craft from planks).
