The item ID for Diamond Hoe is minecraft:diamond_hoe. In commands the namespace may be left off, so diamond_hoe works too. Checked against Minecraft Java 26.2.

Repairing Diamond Hoe
Those 1561 uses are not the end of the road. Feed Diamond Hoe back onto an anvil with Diamond and it comes back up with its enchantments intact.
The grindstone does the same merge for free, at a price: it takes the enchantments with it. Fine for a plain Diamond Hoe, wasteful for one you have put levels into.
Mending can go on Diamond Hoe, and that is the only repair that costs nothing at all: the experience you pick up flows into the item instead of into your own level, so it never sees an anvil again.
